How do I place an order?
Simply choose the product and colour/variant you want and press add to cart. Go to the cart and choose if you want more than one quantity of the product. Then go to checkout, fill in your info and complete the order. At the last stage you will be able to choose the payment method. As soon as you have placed your order it will be processed and the order info will be sent to the supplier. You will get an order confirmation on your email.
What is the shipping cost?
All products come with different shipping costs. We have averaged the shipping costs out so that you don't have to pay more shipping costs for certain countries. The extra costs will be on us.
What is the shipping time? When can I expect my product?
Shipping time can vary depending on product and availability. You can expect between 4-21 business days normally. However their can be unexpected delays with delivery and shipment. We will do the best on our part to get the package to you as soon as possible.
Will there be any additional charges?
VAT is included in all product prices. Additional toll or customs charges is depending on which country the product will be shipped from and to. We do not handle those charges through this store. You need to check the package import regulations in your country to make sure what kind of charges will be added.
I want to cancel my order. Can I get a refund?
Yes, we offer refunds without a need to return the items on orders under these conditions:
1. The wrong item was received in terms of color, size, or model (please provide evidence).
2. The package has arrived in a damaged condition (please provide evidence).
3. The item arrived in extremely poor quality (Please provide evidence).
4. The order went missing.

A refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment, providing all the Refunds Policy Conditions are met. Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
